IPTP advised iQspot, a French SaaS provider of real-time building energy performance monitoring solutions, in its sale to Citron, a leading provider of energy efficiency and decarbonization solutions for buildings.

iQspot’s data-driven SaaS platform combines IoT sensors and cloud analytics to monitor and optimize building energy performance in real time, delivering up to 30% energy savings without retrofits.

The solution currently tracks more than 5 million square meters across six European countries, helping property owners meet emerging energy performance regulations such as France’s “Décret Tertiaire”.

This acquisition creates a leading European platform for building energy performance and decarbonization, combining Citron’s energy expertise with iQspot’s IoT-driven analytics to deliver a unified, data-first solution for real estate stakeholders.
