IPTP led the takeover of EFFILUX, the French leader in LED lighting for machine vision and scientific imaging, by the Japanese company CCS, an Optex Group (TYO: 6914) company. Through this acquisition, this world leader in industrial vision, complements its existing solutions. It also offers EFFILUX the opportunity to change dimension with a privileged access to new international markets and world-class large accounts.
