IPTP advised Case Law Analytics in its sale to LexisNexis, a legal information, analysis, and technology provider and subsidiary of Relx.

Founded in 2017 and built on 10 years of research led by Jacques Levy Vehel, a mathematics PhD from INRIA, Case Law Analytics has developed proprietary models for assessing legal risk based on rigorous analysis of legal texts, as well as the use of Artificial Intelligence and probabilistic models.

The acquisition of Case Law Analytics strengthens Lexis Nexis' position by integrating essential expertise in AI-based legal risk assessment and enhancing their legal solutions with predictive analysis tools and generative AI for legal professionals.
